Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient, and passionate candidate to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and promoting our products and services to both new and existing customers. You will work closely with the solution manager & application engineers to provide technical expertise, present suitable product solutions, and assist customers in selecting the best options to meet their business needs.
Job Purpose
To drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, managing customer relationships, and closing deals through solution selling, in order to achieve the company’s revenue and profit targets. This role focuses on sales execution and, where applicable, the management of sales personnel.
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking within the Singapore territory.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support.
Work closely with the Solution Manager & Snr Application Engineers to pursue and develop sales opportunities.
Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
Gather and share market feedback, customer requirements, and industry trends with internal teams to support business development and product positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering
Recent graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience, or individuals passionate about exploring engineering software solutions, are welcome to apply.
Strong technical understanding of the products and solutions being sold, preferably.
Must be highly independent and demonstrate strong self-initiative.
Ability to travel as required by the role and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
